Yesterday, my sister and her family arrived. I have not seen her since I have been in the hospital. Actually, I was quite emotional when I saw all of them. I remember calling all of them from the hospital and talking to my nephews before my procedure but I was pretty heavily medicated. Seeing them was just one more reminder of God's amazing love for me and how He never let go of me. I stand in awe of that and I hope you know He will never let go of you.

Enjoy your Sunday today whatever you may be doing. We are celebrating Kimmy's birthday and playing on the lake and then I'm going to try to cook her dinner (oh my stars, can you feel my hives breaking out already?....I mean I'm cooking Kimmy and Kathy dinner and they both have a cooking blog on top of their usual blog...Oy Vay...Kristi can you feel my pain? lol Anyone?) Well, if dinner doesn't come out wonderful, I know the ice cream cake I made from scratch will be a good dessert! lol
And I can make good coffee....they like that. Hopefully, they'll be too tired from the lake to notice the food!

God bless you today! As you look at the pictures on the video, if you are in a stormy season of life....look especially hard at how tightly Jesus is holding you. He will not let go! Praise Him!

I wish I could have been there with you guys on the lake to celebrate Kim's birthday. I'm sure your meal was great since it was made with tender loving care.

So glad you also got to spend time with your sis. Reading that causes me to miss mine. She's in Clearwater, FL.

Thank you for the warmest, kindest comment you left me on Heart Choices. You are such a special friend and I'm so glad to know you. And we will meet in person one day. I just know it.

Thank you for this video. We've been in a difficult season, and it is so true that God never lets go of us. I so needed to hear that right now.

I hope you are still feeling well.

Debra, thank you so much for Sunday - it was such an incredibly fun time of fellowship and the food was fantastic. The coffee was delicious (I drank way more than I usually do)...and do I even need to say ANYTHING about the dessert??? Captain Mike and I would love to have a day at our house, we can all go out on the river and do some island hopping, then back here for dinner at the Captains house, LOL. We'll plan a day!

I don't know how I got here to your blog, but it has been a wonderful visit. I loved the video...just loved it and got goose bumps. Thank you for sharing it and I will be sharing it with my family, especially my grandson who is nervous about going away to college.

I am taking your button to display on my blog...come on over for a visit and grab my blog button if you like.

I love Jesus too and I know His spirit led me here.
