I Love My Hubby

Tracey, tagged a bunch of us ladies today, to write about a crazy little thing called love...as in ... 'I Love My Hubby'! The rules are to write five (5) things you love about your hubby and then tag five people and then they write five things and tag five people and on and on...you get the picture. Honestly, how great is that! Let's love 'em up ladies! And away we go!
#1 .. This guy had me at hello! Seriously! No, just kidding. I'm truly not schizophrenic! But do you see that smile? He has the love of the Lord on his sweet face at all times and it just comes out in that beautiful smile of his. When he walks in from work, I'm greeted with that smile. When I wake up in the morning, there's that smile.

#2 Jason's devotional time with the Lord fans over our family and makes me feel safe. I told him last night that when I left the doctor's office, I knew one of the reason's I felt so peaceful, was because of his prayer's. I am the recipient of a man's devotion to the Lord. It flows down to me. It's awesome.

#3 Jason is fun! He laughs a lot. Did you see that smile? He will come home and dance with me. He tries to make Josh and I laugh at jokes and funny things he has heard or seen. He includes us in the details of his day. He devotes time to doing things that are fun with us. He takes us out on the boat or to a movie or will play football with Josh.

#4 Jason pays attention to detail. He leaves me notes of appreciation and takes time to ask me how he can help me. On the weekends he insists on cooking me breakfast and sometimes dinner. He absolutely dotes on me when I'm not feeling well. He came right home today when I told him I felt funny.

#5 He is my best friend. He tells me when I'm wrong and he tells me when I've got it right and he always leads me to the cross either way. He is the most forgiving person I know and I'm so glad Jesus chose him to be my beloved husband and the father of my children and the leader of our home.

Your peach loves you!! I'm going to take Tracey's cue and just tag anyone and everyone who wants to pay tribute to their hubby! Blessings sweet sisters!

This is such a sweet and honoring post! And it's so needed. Our men need to know we love and respect them.

Enjoyed his smile and your words.

Hi Debra, what a loving post about your man. It's so wonderful to have the love of a man who also loves the Lord. I am blessed with that also, but my sweetie and I are separated by a very large volume of water (and some other issues), but we trust that God will make a way for us to be together. I can say, though, that all the reasons your love your man are also why I love mine. In Him, Paula :-)

Debra,

With that loving smile, I can see why he had you at hello. He sounds like a very loving & caring man. You are so fortunate that you and your honey will be together eternity. I pray that my husband will one day come to know Jesus. I don't push it, because I know that it is in HIS timing and not mine. Thank you so much for brighten my life everyday.

Hugs
