I have picked the song "Homesick" for my Then Sings My Soul Saturdays selection. My Uncle in TN has just gone home to be with the Lord. I really don't have any more words of comfort than these...he is home and he is with the Lord.

I am sorry ab out your uncle, but glad he is with the Lord. This song was playing on the radio as I drove home from our campsite after receiving the news of my friend and pastor's wife passing away at the age of 47 from breast cancer, leaving behind 7 children. I sobbed as I drove...almost had to pull over. It is such a beautiful song...and though I rejoice with those who have passed to glory...I grieve and get home sick too. Hugs to you

I was going to post "I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me, but changed it last night. When you think about it, your uncle doesn't have to "imagine" anymore..he's already w/ the Lord!!!
